I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were a little on the small side compared to Western standards, but they were clean and comfy. The service was fantastic overall, with friendly and courteous staff, although there was an incident where our personal toothbrushes and toothpastes were disposed of without permission. The location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, and I appreciated the warm hospitality during the chilly weather. The dining experience offered a nice mix of Western and Japanese choices, making it really enjoyable. The facilities were good, although the room layout was a bit small for my liking.
The hotel had small rooms compared to US standards but typical for Japan, featuring natural hot spring facilities. For a double room, there was little storage space. The service was exceptional with staff even accompanying me in the ambulance and translating at the ER hospital. The location was very convenient, close to the train station, tourist information center, shopping malls, castle, supermarket, and with a 7/11 attached. Dining was delightful and unique with descriptions in English. The hotel provides great value for money.
